Welcome to the August 2025 issue of VTS Mobile World – your IEEE Vehicular Technology Society newsletter.
This edition features a call for story submissions for the next Riko-chan manga, a series about a girl who uses technology in everyday adventures; news from VTS chapters around the world; and a call for participation in the upcoming IEEE World Technology Summit.
We also highlight items from the June 2025 IEEE VTM columns on Mobile Radio, Connected and Automated Vehicles, and Transportation Systems. IEEE OJVT Editor-in-Chief Edward Au calls for editors with expertise in specific automotive technologies, and points us to two newly published OJVT articles. The newsletter concludes with a recently published paper from the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology.
As always, I am always available to hear your feedback; just send me a note at Richard.Yu@ieee.org.
